# DkNote vs wijot

The clearest difference is update cadence: DkNote at every 6 days against wijot's fortnightly. DkNote also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 18.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DkNote sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and wijot sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DkNote ships an update every 6 days, wijot fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
