# Call Filter vs AriCore

The clearest difference is rating: Call Filter at 4.7 against AriCore's 2.0. Call Filter also leads on ratings volume (43 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). AriCore's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 3 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Call Filter sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and AriCore sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Call Filter holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Call Filter has 43 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Call Filter ships an update every 3 months, AriCore daily. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
