# Solid Calendar vs Just Did

Solid Calendar and Just Did both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Just Did's written reviews are positive against 79% of Solid Calendar's. Just Did also leads on update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs paid). Solid Calendar's advantage is ratings volume (119 vs 6). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Solid Calendar sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Just Did sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Solid Calendar against 5.0 for Just Did. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Solid Calendar has 119 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 79% of Solid Calendar's written reviews are positive against 100% of Just Did's.

Solid Calendar ships an update fortnightly, Just Did weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
