# VPN Ninja vs VPN QuickClient

The clearest difference is rating: VPN QuickClient at 5.0 against VPN Ninja's 4.3. VPN QuickClient also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6). VPN Ninja's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 50%) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VPN Ninja sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.09 per 7 days. VPN QuickClient asks for nothing beyond the download.

VPN QuickClient holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VPN Ninja has 29 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of VPN Ninja's written reviews are positive against 50% of VPN QuickClient's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

VPN Ninja ships an update every 9 days, VPN QuickClient every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
