# Alpha Pride Training vs Zone6

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Alpha Pride Training at none against Zone6's 1. Zone6's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Zone6 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Alpha Pride Training asks for nothing beyond the download.
