# SummitControl vs 806 Laundry Leasing

The clearest difference is rating: 806 Laundry Leasing at 3.7 against SummitControl's 2.2. 806 Laundry Leasing also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). SummitControl's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 0%) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

806 Laundry Leasing holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SummitControl has 76 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of SummitControl's written reviews are positive against 0% of 806 Laundry Leasing's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SummitControl ships an update every 2 months, 806 Laundry Leasing every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
