# Spell Masters vs YAZO

The clearest difference is review sentiment: YAZO at 100% against Spell Masters's 47%. YAZO also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Spell Masters's advantage is ratings volume (340 vs 14) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.6). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Spell Masters sells 13 one-off in-app purchases and YAZO sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

YAZO holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Spell Masters has 340 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 47% of Spell Masters's written reviews are positive against 100% of YAZO's.

Spell Masters ships an update every 2 weeks, YAZO every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
