# Spin Premia vs Gaztro

Spin Premia and Gaztro both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Gaztro's written reviews are positive against 48% of Spin Premia's. Gaztro also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Spin Premia's advantage is ratings volume (5.6K vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Gaztro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Spin Premia has 5.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 48% of Spin Premia's written reviews are positive against 100% of Gaztro's.

Spin Premia ships an update fortnightly, Gaztro every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
