# HTVRONT vs Embroidery Digitizing & Viewer

The clearest difference is monetization model: HTVRONT at free against Embroidery Digitizing & Viewer's free with in-app purchases. HTVRONT also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (263 vs 20). Embroidery Digitizing & Viewer's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HTVRONT sells 20 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and Embroidery Digitizing & Viewer sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $9.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HTVRONT holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HTVRONT has 263 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HTVRONT ships an update monthly, Embroidery Digitizing & Viewer every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
