# Chebeauty vs Modern Forestry

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Chebeauty at 80 against Modern Forestry's 1. Chebeauty also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Modern Forestry holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chebeauty has 80 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Chebeauty ships an update every 6 weeks, Modern Forestry every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
