# ByteCake vs NoYap

The clearest difference is update cadence: NoYap at every 10 days against ByteCake's every 5 months. ByteCake's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ByteCake sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and NoYap sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
