# Evolve vs Goal Tracking

The clearest difference is rating: Goal Tracking at 4.0 against Evolve's 1.0. Goal Tracking also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). Evolve's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Evolve sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Goal Tracking sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Goal Tracking holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 2 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 0% and 0% positive.

Evolve ships an update every 2 days, Goal Tracking every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
