Share your results, photos, and videos, and see how other athletes are progressing through the same training plans. TRAINING PLANS FOR EVERY GOAL • Group Class Plan (subscription) — a well-rounded program for beginner and intermediate athletes. Sessions are designed to fit into approximately one hour and use standard gym equipment. • Struyach Plan (subscription) — higher-volume training for advanced and competitive athletes ready to push their limits. Sessions may take two hours or more. A Struyach subscription also unlocks the Group Class Plan at no extra cost. • Weightlifting Cycle (one-time purchase) — a proven 11-week cycle designed to build strength and improve technique in the Olympic lifts. Purchase it once and keep it permanently. • Belly Burner (one-time purchase) — ten workouts focused on building a stronger core. • Pelvic Power (one-time purchase) — ten workouts focused on stronger hips and glutes. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Mark workouts as completed and watch your progress build over time. Keep track of your personal records in weightlifting movements, maintain a private workout diary, and search for your previous results to see how far you’ve come. TRAIN WITH A COMMUNITY Every workout has its own comments section. Share your results, watch videos from other athletes, ask questions, and learn from people following the same program. STAY IN THE LOOP Get notifications about new workouts and replies to your comments, and read your coach’s blog for training insights and information about upcoming cycles. The app interface is available in English, Russian, and Thai. Workout content is written in English. Your coach replies in English or Russian, and you can communicate with the community in any language. Download Struyach Athlete, choose your plan, and start training with a real coach. New subscribers can try either plan free for 7 days (for eligible Apple IDs). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. WorkoutPort can sync workouts saved to Apple Health by other apps. Choose by source app, workout type and date. Strava sync is free. WorkoutPort is built for Apple Watch and Health app users who want controlled Strava uploads instead of a simple sync switch. Connect Strava once, preview matching workouts, then sync now or let eligible workouts upload automatically in the background. Free core features. Optional Pro. Health workout viewing and analysis, filtered Strava sync, file export/import, and Classic sharing are free. WorkoutPort Pro adds Minimal and Highlight card designs, photo and route backgrounds, reusable share presets, weekly and monthly recap cards, and app appearance and icon options. Choose monthly, yearly, or lifetime access. Preview creative options before buying; subscriptions and the lifetime purchase unlock the same Pro features. Pro also adds saved period reviews and benchmarks, incremental file backups, migration tools, automatic gear rules and structured planning. Strava sync: - Send long runs and rides to Strava, but skip short walks, commutes, warmups, test recordings, or private workouts. - Filter uploads by workout type, date, weekday, distance, duration, active calories, GPS route, source app, and recorded device. - Create separate Strava rules for running, cycling, walking, strength, indoor workouts, route-only workouts, and more. - Preview which Health workouts match before enabling auto-sync. - Upload selected workouts manually whenever you want. - Retry failed uploads, skip likely duplicates, review sync status, and switch or disconnect your Strava account. Why use WorkoutPort: - More control over what leaves Apple Health. - Better handling for selected past workouts and filtered batches. - Local FIT, GPX, TCX, CSV, and Markdown backups when you want portable workout files. - Clear upload status, duplicate checks, and manual fallback options. Workout details and backup: Open a workout to inspect route maps, heart rate, pace, power, cadence, elevation, energy, splits, source, device, and photos where Health provides the data. Export single workouts or filtered batches to FIT, GPX, TCX, CSV, and Markdown ZIP. Share files through Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, email, spreadsheets, and fitness platforms that accept standard workout files. Import preview: WorkoutPort can preview GPX, TCX, and FIT files before writing to Health. Health writes require explicit confirmation, duplicate checks, and clear warnings. Privacy: Health data stays on device unless you export a file, connect Strava, share a workout, or confirm a Health import. WorkoutPort does not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking.
