# MK Pro vs Prokedex

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Prokedex at 996 against MK Pro's 5. Prokedex also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MK Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Prokedex sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for MK Pro against 4.8 for Prokedex. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Prokedex has 996 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 83% of MK Pro's written reviews are positive against 82% of Prokedex's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
