# CLOUT. vs Paragon Connect

The clearest difference is rating: CLOUT. at 5.0 against Paragon Connect's 2.3. CLOUT. also leads on iOS requirement (12.4 vs 16.4). Paragon Connect's advantage is ratings volume (54 vs 2) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CLOUT. holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Paragon Connect has 54 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CLOUT. ships an update every 5 months, Paragon Connect every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
