# BedTech Base vs BRILLIANT Lights

The clearest difference is rating: BRILLIANT Lights at 3.6 against BedTech Base's 3.2. BedTech Base's advantage is review sentiment (30% vs 20%) and ratings volume (30 vs 10). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BRILLIANT Lights holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 3.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 30 and 10 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of BedTech Base's written reviews are positive against 20% of BRILLIANT Lights's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
