# Aescape vs BodySpec

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Aescape at 31 against BodySpec's 2. Aescape also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.1 vs 16.0). BodySpec's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Aescape against 5.0 for BodySpec. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Aescape has 31 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
