# Sink vs TimeNoder2

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TimeNoder2 at 100% against Sink's 50%. TimeNoder2 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 7) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). Sink's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ratings volume, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sink sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. TimeNoder2 asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sink holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Sink's written reviews are positive against 100% of TimeNoder2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sink ships an update every 3 weeks, TimeNoder2 every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
