# Brick vs Bible Record

The clearest difference is update cadence: Brick at every 4 days against Bible Record's every 16 months. Brick also leads on ratings volume (60K vs 3) and chart position (#96 vs unranked). Bible Record's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 78%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Brick against 5.0 for Bible Record. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brick has 60K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 78% of Brick's written reviews are positive against 100% of Bible Record's.

Brick ships an update every 4 days, Bible Record every 16 months. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
