# المصطفی vs Al

The clearest difference is update cadence: Al at every 2 weeks against المصطفی's every 2 months. Al also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). المصطفی's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (79 vs 14). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

المصطفی holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: المصطفی has 79 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 75% and 75% positive.

المصطفی ships an update every 2 months, Al every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
