# CDO Exclusive vs ShadowID

The clearest difference is update cadence: ShadowID at every 5 days against CDO Exclusive's every 3 weeks. CDO Exclusive's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CDO Exclusive ships an update every 3 weeks, ShadowID every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
