# PSD vs MODDED MARKET

The clearest difference is monetization model: MODDED MARKET at free against PSD's free with in-app purchases. MODDED MARKET also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 90%). PSD's advantage is ratings volume (13K vs 4). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for PSD against 5.0 for MODDED MARKET. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PSD has 13K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 90% of PSD's written reviews are positive against 100% of MODDED MARKET's.

PSD ships an update every 4 weeks, MODDED MARKET fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
