# Suwatte vs ArcReader

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Suwatte at none against ArcReader's 3. Suwatte also leads on ads (none vs shown). ArcReader's advantage is ratings volume (55 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ArcReader sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Suwatte asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Suwatte against 4.9 for ArcReader. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ArcReader has 55 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Suwatte's written reviews are positive against 95% of ArcReader's.
