# Remove Objects vs Name on Earth

The clearest difference is rating: Remove Objects at 4.8 against Name on Earth's 4.0. Remove Objects also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 5). Name on Earth's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 6 weeks) and review sentiment (100% vs 83%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Remove Objects sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Name on Earth sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Remove Objects holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Remove Objects has 1.1K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Remove Objects's written reviews are positive against 100% of Name on Earth's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Remove Objects ships an update every 6 weeks, Name on Earth daily. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
