# Treasure Excavator vs Tiny Tractor

The clearest difference is rating: Treasure Excavator at 4.6 against Tiny Tractor's 3.5. Treasure Excavator also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Tiny Tractor's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and review sentiment (50% vs 31%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Treasure Excavator sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Tiny Tractor asks for nothing beyond the download.

Treasure Excavator holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Treasure Excavator has 1.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of Treasure Excavator's written reviews are positive against 50% of Tiny Tractor's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Treasure Excavator ships an update weekly, Tiny Tractor every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
