# Fabric vs Scrollnote

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Scrollnote at 100% against Fabric's 62%. Scrollnote also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). Fabric's advantage is ratings volume (246 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fabric sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Scrollnote sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scrollnote holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fabric has 246 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 62% of Fabric's written reviews are positive against 100% of Scrollnote's.

Fabric ships an update monthly, Scrollnote weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
