# TalkTalk vs Proseable

The clearest difference is monetization model: Proseable at freemium against TalkTalk's subscription. Proseable also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 33%). TalkTalk's advantage is ratings volume (257 vs 21) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TalkTalk sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Proseable sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for TalkTalk against 4.4 for Proseable. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TalkTalk has 257 ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 33% of TalkTalk's written reviews are positive against 50% of Proseable's.

TalkTalk ships an update every 5 days, Proseable every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
