# Project vs 000 VPN

The clearest difference is rating: Project at 4.0 against 000 VPN's 1.0. Project also leads on ratings volume (8 vs 1). 000 VPN's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Project sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.49 per month. 000 VPN asks for nothing beyond the download.

Project holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Project has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Project ships an update every 2 months, 000 VPN every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
