# Project vs Super VPN

The clearest difference is rating: Project at 4.0 against Super VPN's 1.0. Project also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Project sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.49 per month and Super VPN sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Project holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Project has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Project ships an update every 2 months, Super VPN every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
