# Complete Physio vs Pacenotes

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pacenotes at every 3 days against Complete Physio's every 2 months. Pacenotes also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Complete Physio ships an update every 2 months, Pacenotes every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
