# eGram For Telegram Web vs Telechat

The clearest difference is update cadence: Telechat at every 3 weeks against eGram For Telegram Web's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. eGram For Telegram Web sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Telechat sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

eGram For Telegram Web ships an update every 2 months, Telechat every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
