# PROBE PLUS vs AIBBQ

The clearest difference is update cadence: AIBBQ at every 2 weeks against PROBE PLUS's every 2 months. PROBE PLUS's advantage is ratings volume (113 vs 12). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AIBBQ holds the better App Store score, 1.7 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PROBE PLUS has 113 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of PROBE PLUS's written reviews are positive against 0% of AIBBQ's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PROBE PLUS ships an update every 2 months, AIBBQ every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
