# Raketo vs MatchBall

The clearest difference is rating: MatchBall at 5.0 against Raketo's 4.2. MatchBall also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6). Raketo's advantage is ratings volume (14 vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 days vs weekly). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Raketo sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $10.99 per month. MatchBall asks for nothing beyond the download.

MatchBall holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Raketo has 14 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Raketo ships an update every 4 days, MatchBall weekly. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
