# Aскона vs Аптека АЛОЭ

The clearest difference is rating: Аптека АЛОЭ at 5.0 against Aскона's 4.7. Aскона's advantage is ratings volume (159 vs 4) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Аптека АЛОЭ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Aскона has 159 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Aскона's written reviews are positive against 10% of Аптека АЛОЭ's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Aскона ships an update weekly, Аптека АЛОЭ every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
