# PROKE vs DietFrame

The clearest difference is update cadence: DietFrame at every 3 days against PROKE's every 2 months. DietFrame also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PROKE sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and DietFrame sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PROKE ships an update every 2 months, DietFrame every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
