# Criterion Ticketing vs Werk!

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Werk! at 73% against Criterion Ticketing's 0%. Werk! also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Criterion Ticketing's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (195 vs 13). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Criterion Ticketing holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Criterion Ticketing has 195 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Criterion Ticketing's written reviews are positive against 73% of Werk!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Criterion Ticketing ships an update fortnightly, Werk! weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
