# BodyCandy vs Fire Island MI

BodyCandy and Fire Island MI both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Fire Island MI's written reviews are positive against 49% of BodyCandy's. Fire Island MI also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). BodyCandy's advantage is ratings volume (1.8K vs 63) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for BodyCandy against 4.9 for Fire Island MI.
