# GradPak vs Chromesthize

The clearest difference is update cadence: Chromesthize at every 2 months against GradPak's every 6 months. GradPak's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GradPak ships an update every 6 months, Chromesthize every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
