# CoachJournal vs Acanda

The clearest difference is update cadence: CoachJournal at every 10 days against Acanda's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CoachJournal sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Acanda sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
