# MAPPING vs SandMoro

The clearest difference is ads: MAPPING at none against SandMoro's shown. SandMoro's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MAPPING sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and SandMoro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MAPPING ships an update every 6 weeks, SandMoro weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
