# TAG vs e

The clearest difference is update cadence: e at every 3 weeks against TAG's every 6 weeks. TAG's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TAG ships an update every 6 weeks, e every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
