# 123 Flex vs Stretching Flexibility

The clearest difference is rating: Stretching Flexibility at 4.7 against 123 Flex's 4.0. Stretching Flexibility also leads on ratings volume (22 vs 2). 123 Flex's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 67%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 123 Flex sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Stretching Flexibility sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stretching Flexibility holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stretching Flexibility has 22 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of 123 Flex's written reviews are positive against 67% of Stretching Flexibility's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

123 Flex ships an update every 4 days, Stretching Flexibility every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
