# PlayFMK vs SipSkip

PlayFMK and SipSkip both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 96% of SipSkip's written reviews are positive against 60% of PlayFMK's. SipSkip also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (110 vs 7). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PlayFMK sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per 3 months and SipSkip sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for PlayFMK against 4.9 for SipSkip. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SipSkip has 110 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. PlayFMK ships an update every 2 months, SipSkip every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
