# Stem Split vs Live Tempo

The clearest difference is device support: Live Tempo at 3 against Stem Split's 1. Live Tempo also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stem Split sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Live Tempo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
