# WELE vs EngDaily

The clearest difference is update cadence: EngDaily at every 3 days against WELE's every 9 days. EngDaily also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WELE sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per year and EngDaily sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WELE ships an update every 9 days, EngDaily every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
