# HIIT vs SafeMother+

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SafeMother+ at none against HIIT's 8. SafeMother+ also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). HIIT's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HIIT sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. SafeMother+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

HIIT ships an update every 2 weeks, SafeMother+ every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
