# Langotalk vs Fluentera

The clearest difference is rating: Langotalk at 4.6 against Fluentera's 2.3. Langotalk also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Langotalk sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Fluentera sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Langotalk holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Langotalk has 1.1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Langotalk ships an update every 2 weeks, Fluentera every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
