# Anytype vs MindOne

The clearest difference is rating: MindOne at 5.0 against Anytype's 4.5. Anytype's advantage is ratings volume (245 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Anytype sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and MindOne sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MindOne holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Anytype has 245 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Anytype ships an update fortnightly, MindOne every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
