# TaroWall vs Archive

The clearest difference is ads: Archive at none against TaroWall's shown. Archive also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 10 days). TaroWall's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TaroWall sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per 7 days and Archive sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TaroWall ships an update every 10 days, Archive every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
