# VR Tutor vs RockSnap

The clearest difference is update cadence: RockSnap at every 4 weeks against VR Tutor's every 3 months. VR Tutor's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VR Tutor sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and RockSnap sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VR Tutor ships an update every 3 months, RockSnap every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
